My weekly livestream classes are designed around the principles of Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga therapy. We will go through a gentle warm up sequence getting you ready for a dynamic flow starting with Ashtanga style sun salutations. We'll then flow through standing sequences, seated sequences and breathing (Pranayama). The class is intended for all levels with invitations to make your own modifications to suit your body and mind. All you need is a comfortable space where you can practice. Feel free to bring your own tools like chairs, blocks, straps, cushions, pillows to make your practice more comfortable and accessible.
