There are many different yoga practices and teachers out there. But, if you are looking for a class that provides a good combination of holding positions and moving through a sequence, then Spoorthy's class will work for you. She also refreshes the sequence frequently so that I don't get bored with it and have a chance to try out all the different poses yoga has to offer. Spoorthy provides a supportive environment where I get to either push myself if such is the day or have less intense practice. Last but not least, she is good at giving tips throughout the practice for proper form without over-focusing on this all while reminding that listening to my own body is more important than doing a headstand on the first try.
