About My Logo

Yoga always connects me to my childhood and my life in India. I have fond memories of making muggulu (also known in various Indian cultures as kolam, rangoli etc.) in my grandparents front yard. All of us cousins would gather on the morning of any major festival, with all of the paraphernalia and would spend the first half of the day making elaborate designs and filling them with colours. That was probably the first type of mindfulness I experienced as a child, being present and completely focussed on creating for hours at a stretch. My logo is dedicated to my family - specially my grandparents, my older cousins and the community that raised me back in India.
